Delete your account

Deleting your account removes everything Corneo holds about you, at once, and cannot be undone. It works the same for anonymous accounts and for accounts with an email address.

From the app

Open Corneo and go to Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Read what will be removed, type DELETE in the box, then tap Delete my account. The app signs you out when it is done and returns to the start.

This is the fastest path and needs nothing from us. It runs on our server as the signed-in user, so no one can delete an account they are not signed into.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in record, including your email address if you added one.
Your skin profile and the answers from the quiz.
Your Shelf, your routines, routine history and titration progress, your timeline and logs, price watches, events and settings. Every row of data tied to your account.
Every photo stored under your account: product photos on your Shelf and snapshots on your timeline. A photo taken to read labels was never stored in the first place.

Photos are removed first, then the account. If the photos cannot be removed the deletion stops and tells you in the app, and you stay signed in, so nothing is ever left half-deleted with no owner. Try again, or email us.

What is not deleted

Analytics events and crash reports already sent. They carry no content and no email address, and expire on their own with those providers.
An invite-list email you entered on this website. Ask us by email to remove it.

If you can no longer open the app

Email support@corneo.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Anonymous accounts have no email address for us to match, so they can only be deleted from the app on the device that created them. Deleting the app from that device leaves the data orphaned on our side with no way to reach it; deleting the account first is the clean path.
