Why did Corneo park a product I like?

Parked means not scheduled right now, not thrown away. A product gets parked for a small number of reasons, and the product page shows which one: it is a second active for a slot that holds one; it duplicates a category you already have; your barrier is in repair mode and treatment actives are paused; it is past its period-after-opening; or a constraint you chose excludes it. Each parked product also says what has to happen for it to come back, and it comes back on its own when that happens.

Why is my retinoid only scheduled two nights a week?

Because that is where a retinoid starts. The first four weeks are two nights a week, the next four are three, and after that four nights up to nightly by tolerance. Corneo moves you up only when you have logged at least 70 percent of the scheduled nights in the current stage, so the schedule follows what you actually did rather than the calendar. If you skip most of a stage it holds or restarts, and if you log irritation shortly after a step up it offers to step back down.

How do I change my routine after setup?

On Today, open the menu in the top right and choose Edit routine. The same option is under Routine on your Profile. You can reorder steps, change days, and add or remove products from your shelf. Removing a step parks the product rather than deleting it, so it is reversible. Every edit runs through the same rules as the original routine, and the app tells you if a change would clash with something else.

How do I delete my account?

From the app: Profile, then Delete account at the bottom of the page, then type DELETE to confirm. Details, including what is removed and what to do if you can no longer open the app, are on Delete your account.
